Our good working relationship with area insurers enables us to expedite the repairs to your vehicle as quickly as possible. We are members of several direct repair networks, which ensures a faster and smoother repair process. Some insures will have their appraiser come and personally look at your vehicle to provide you with their own estimate of repairs. We will gladly accept their preliminary estimate to get your repairs started and contact them if hidden damages are found.
It’s nice to know that by law you are not required to get more than one estimate and that by law you may use the repair facility of your choice per Article 5.07.1 of the Texas Insurance Code. Differences in repair estimates are common due to parts price differences, judgment of repair times and hidden damages that can’t be seen prior to tear down.
Do not hesitate to bring by a copy of your insurance estimate if you have any questions or need help understand the process. That’s what we are here for, to help you through the process.
